Bot communicates with clients like a real human, does junior specialist’s job and also has a good sense of humour.

The audience of Taft is variegated: it includes almost every girl. Our task was to develop online promo concept, that would engage different audience segments and address personalized messages to each user.
We developed the ‘Styles battle’ concept and divided participants into 5 teams according to their lifestyle: from fashion to sport. Teams were fighting for the prize and the status of #1 lifestyle. To get points girls had to make and share their selfies and buy Taft. With the understanding of what girls from each team are interested in, we involved opinion leaders, personalized social media, programmatic ads and e-mails, preferred each user a set of relevant products and look ideas.

Oberon is the software solution for ATM and payment terminal protection which is used by the biggest banks in CIS region and Europe. Company made a rebranding and wanted to redesign a product. Our main task was to provide better UX and make a complicated protection fine tuning easier and faster.
Oberon has got more than 500 configurations. Such a complicated product can confuse even an experienced user. That is what happened before the redesign. On the first stage we analyzed users behaviour in the service and found out 3 main patterns. We carried out an eye-tracking research to find the most important functional blocks for each type of users. The new interface is personalized to each user role, showing the most relevant information first. The functionality is organized now inside easy-to-understand dashboards.

Data solution development
To create safe and sustainable solution for medical data collecting and processing and a new web site, based on it. The client is a Ukrainian-German lab based in Kyiv. The laboratory gets client’s biomaterial for test in Ukraine and sends it to Berlin where european scientist carry out tests. Our task was to integrate data from different databases in one solution which can give quick and safe access to test results for lab customers.
We integrated an external database, an ERP-system Dr Eleks and the new website. In the new ecosystem data is real-time synced. We created personal accounts for lab customers on the new website. That is the place where all test results are stored, and were user gets info about the status of his current orders.

Top managers, analysts, marketing and data specialists visited conference and listened speakers from Johnsons&Johnson, InBev, Yandex, Privatbank, RingLabs, AppsFlyer, OWOX BI and Septa. Our aim was to identify and reach this specific audience. We launched data-driven advertising campaign using data management platform, programmatic ads, social media ads, A/B testing tools, dynamic creative optimisation tools and e-mail marketing.
